The ER Director will lead a dedicated team, help strengthen department culture, and partner closely with senior leadership to improve operations, quality, and patient experience.

Lead daily operations of the Emergency Department

Mentor and develop nursing and support staff

Strengthen physician and staff collaboration

Drive quality, safety, and performance initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Current ER Nurse Manager or ER Director
-
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach

Track record of improving staff morale, performance, and patient experience

Experience in community hospitals, rural settings, or Level III/IV ERs
-
Collaborative and communicative leadership style
-
California experience is a plus but not required
