Reid & Associates is partnering with a small hospital in the Western U.S. to identify an Interim Perioperative Manager for a 4–6 month assignment.
We are seeking a strong, hands-on leader who can bring stability during a period of growth and change. The Interim Manager will mentor the existing team and support day-to-day operations and performance within a busy perioperative department.
Assignment Highlights
- Temporary housing provided and Travel allowance available
Qualifications
- Active RN license from a Compact (NLC) state
- Minimum of 4 years of perioperative clinical experience
- Prior perioperative leadership experience
