Responsibilities
- Oversees and assists operations in managing claims expenses
- Oversees and monitors various risk pool performance
- Identifying and implementing appropriate analytical tools, such as data mining, machine learning, and statistical techniques, to support decision-making processes
- Evaluating the effectiveness of decision support systems in improving decision-making processes and achieving organizational objectives, and making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's degree preferred
- At least 7 years experience participating or leading financial forecasting, budgeting required
- At least 5 years experience contributing to financial decisions required
- At least 5 years experience direct & indirect leadership required
- At least 3 years experience healthcare, managed care setting required
