Reid & Associates is seeking an Interim Medical Surgical / ICU Director at a hospital nestled in a beautiful resort town in the Southwest United States. The Role:
- Oversee daily operations of Medical Surgical and ICU departments
- Report directly to senior nursing leadership
- Lead frontline nursing teams through a period of change and transition
- Drive patient safety, quality outcomes, and staff development
- Collaborate with physicians, directors, and interdisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For:
- Active RN license (compact state accepted)
- 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- Director or Manager-level experience in Med/Surg and/or ICU
- BLS and ACLS required
- BSN required; MSN preferred
