The ideal candidate would be a collaborating and stabilizing force for a growing hospital with a growing surgical program.
What we're looking for:
• Proven track record leading multi-service perioperative departments in an acute care setting
• Experience stabilizing teams following leadership transitions or cultural disruption
• Strong surgeon relations able to build trust while maintaining operational control
• California RN licensure required
