Our client is a dynamic forward thinking operating company of multiple freestanding psychiatric (behavioral health) hospitals, whose mission is to bring quality of life and mental stability to patients battling mental illness.

--The CFO will drive financial leadership for 3 freestanding behavioral health hospitals, while helping a young company build a culture of growth and a healing environment.
--The CFO will be a highly active and visible part of the Executive team, moving beyond financial analysis into problem solving by taking action.
--The CFO will also work with the Regional CEO and ownership to provide the leadership needed to achieve long term goals and assure it achieved the hospitals mission.
--Bring a Hyperawareness to Managed Costs & Revenue Growth.
--Evaluate and establish constant improvement in Revenue Cycle thorough out all 3 hospitals, including establishing best practices to improve pricing, billing accuracy and Collections/DSO.
--Assume complete responsibility to oversee the entire revenue cycle department, from recruitment, training, and management.
--Evaluate and establish best practices to improve use of debt.
--5 years minimum as a CFO or Director of Finance, with at least 2 years in a Freestanding Psychiatric Hospital.
--Masters Required (MBA or Accounting strongly prefered)
