THE HOSPITAL: Our client is one of the largest Faith Based University Hospitals in the country. THE ROLE: The Director of Nutritional Services will be providing leadership in the management of food production and dietary service for patients in an organization whose values are lived daily through diet. The Director will lead a team of 50 employees and be asked to evaluate and improve room service and patient satisfaction while, leading the kitchen’s move to a new hospital in 2020.
Because of the structure of the Hospital the Nutritional Services Director will be allowed to be focused on patients.
- Minimum five years in clinical nutrition and health care food service management required.
- Bach – Food System Management / Business or related field experience.
- Registered Dietitian license required.
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification required.
THE COMPENSATION: $62,000 - $88,000
