Reid & Associates is seeking an Interim OR Director for a hospital in the Pacific Northwest.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who's comfortable staying close to the floor. A leader who can step in, build trust with the team quickly, and keep OR operations running smoothly from day one.
This is a great fit for a Director who thrives in a smaller, close-knit facility and enjoys having real ownership over the department rather than layers of bureaucracy.
- Interim assignment, W2 with typical benefits
- Travel and housing covered for candidates coming from outside the area
- Competitive hourly rate
- WA or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- 5+ years of OR leadership experience
