Interim House Supervisor – Northeast Compact State
I’m working with a respected community hospital that’s looking for an Interim House Supervisor. The facility has a strong reputation for compassionate care and offers the support of a larger system while still feeling very local and community-focused.
About the Role
This position provides hospital-wide leadership during your shift—helping manage patient flow, supporting clinical teams, coordinating staffing, and stepping in as the admin lead when leadership is off-site. There may be some direct patient care, but only as needed and within your scope.
What They’re Looking For

Active RN license (compact-eligible)

At least 3 years of acute-care experience

Prior charge or supervisor experience is a plus
Compensation
